Whether you're choosing to bounce, step, lift or flow, our wide-array of classes make moving a celebration. Choose the one you love or mix and match to create a routine that feels uniquely yours.
Bounce
A high-energy, low-impact workout designed to lift your mood and your heart rate.
- Bounce Classic - our signature format combining intervals and choreography, to challenge your body as well as your mind. Sneakers or grip socks required.
- Bounce Remix - perfect for beginner bouncers,
Remix
is
a strength focused class combined with low impact bouncing. Sneakers or grip socks are required.
Step & Sculpt
The 90's are back and they're better than ever. Choreographed cardio on the step for a cardio workout that's challenging and uplifting combined with weight training targeting the upper/lower body and core. Sneakers required, leg-warmers optional.
Strength
Grounding and functional; Strength uses heavier weights and a circuit style programming. This class is a full-body workout that delivers both muscular strength and endurance. Grip socks or sneakers are required.
Mat
The perfect counterpart to your high intensity workouts; beginning with a feel-good flow and transitioning into a spicy, rhythm-based sculpting series. Finish by connecting to the breath in a a series of stretches and savasana.
Cardio Sculpt
A dance based workout that blends simple choreography with targeted strength sections. You'll move through high-energy cardio sequences designed to elevate your heart rate, and toning sculpt sections designed to target individual muscle groups. Sneakers required.
What you can expect
(01)
Arrival
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early for class to secure and set up your spot. Ample parking in the back of the building. Please note we do not allow late entry past 5 minutes.
(02)
preparation
Mats or trampolines will already be set up. The instructor will inform you which props you will need for that particular class.
(03)
movement
The instructor will lead you through a dynamic warm up, a full body workout and cool down. Towels provided.
