Whether you're choosing to bounce, step, lift or flow, our wide-array of classes make moving a celebration of what your body can do. Choose the one you love or mix and match to create a routine that feels uniquely yours.

Bounce

A high-energy, low-impact workout designed to lift your mood and your heart rate.


  • Bounce Remix - a circuit focused class combining strength training and functional movement with low impact bouncing. Great for beginner bouncers. Sneakers or grip socks are required.
  • Bounce Blend - our hybrid class that gives you cardio and sculpt in one spicy workout. Each class begins on the trampoline and ends with a series of upper body, lower and core work. Sneakers or grip socks are required.
  • Bounce Classic - our signature format that moves you through choreography and ends with a full-out combo. We grab our props to make it a full-body moment. Sneakers or grip socks are required. 

Step & Sculpt

The 90's are back and they're better than ever. Choreographed cardio on the step for a cardio workout that's challenging and uplifting. Grab some weights and feel that gratifying burn. Sneakers required, leg-warmers optional.

Strength & Sculpt

Starts with heavier, functional weight training and ends with our signature lighter, higher-repetition exercises. This class is a full-body workout that delivers both muscular strength and endurance. Grip socks or sneakers are required.

Flow Sculpt

The perfect counterpart to your high intensity workouts; beginning with a feel-good Vinyasa to warm up the body and connect to the breath. The class transitions into a spicy, rhythm-based sculpting series and ends with a series of stretches and savasana.

Cardio Sculpt

A dance based workout that blends simple choreography with targeted strength sections. You'll move through high-energy cardio sequences designed to elevate your heart rate, and toning sculpt sections designed to target individual muscle groups. Sneakers required.

Arrive

Please arrive 10 minutes early for class to secure and set up your spot. Ample parking in the back of the building.

The instructor will walk you through what to expect for the specific class and set you up with the necessary props.

Instructor led dynamic warm up, full body workout and cool down. Towels provided.
